Embrace Your Next Chapter

A trusted community empowering women 50+ to create the life they deserve and are worthy of living.

Welcome to Reinvention!

(We're so glad you're here.)

“Life Didn’t Break You — It Defined You.”

Our Rally Cry:

Every setback, every detour, every “you can’t” was just training for your next move. You’re not fragile — you’re forged. And now? You’re ready to build the life you want on your own terms.

Our Vision Statement

Here at the Reinvention Project, our vision is a world where women are never sidelined by age, circumstance, or change — where midlife and beyond are recognized as a time of clarity, power, and possibility.

The Reinvention Project™ envisions a global community where women are deeply connected, supported, and inspired to live boldly, build meaningful relationships, and pursue the lives they want — and the lives they are deserving of. We aim to redefine what reinvention looks like by proving that growth doesn’t end with a chapter closing; it begins when women choose themselves.

We're Girls Who Play Nice

Values Manifesto

We Believe in Being Seen

Women deserve to be recognized, respected, and valued at every stage of life. No invisibility. No dismissiveness. No erasure.

We Choose Substance Over Surface

This is not about hype, perfection, or quick fixes. We value honesty, depth, lived experience, and practical tools that actually work.

We Lead With Community

Reinvention is not a solo act. We believe connection is a form of strength, and that shared wisdom multiplies impact. We rise together.

We Honor Individual Paths

There is no “right way” to reinvent. Whether you’re rebuilding, exploring, healing, or simply craving connection, your journey is valid.

We Practice Courage

Growth requires bravery — to face hard truths, set boundaries, try new things, and move forward even when it’s uncomfortable.

We Value Accountability

Empowerment comes with responsibility. We encourage ownership, follow-through, and honest self-reflection without shame or judgment.

We Reject Ageism

We actively challenge narratives that diminish women as they age. Experience is power. Wisdom is currency.

We Protect the Space

Kindness, respect, confidentiality, and integrity are non-negotiable. This community is a safe, supportive environment — always.

Stories

Your Stories + My Stories = OUR Stories

Sharing is caring and lots of fun! We invite you to send us a photo of yourself before, during or after your fabulous renovation. We'll post it here along with a quote. Let the members of your trusted tribe "e-meet" you!

We're Dorie and Ann Marie. Reinvention for us has been our ability to share vacations twice a year.

I'm Tracey. I've reinvented myself so many times, I can't even count the number. Lol. When I need grounding, I head to the beach. This is my happy place. What's yours?

Get to Know Us

Tracey Wheeler Noonan — Founder, The Reinvention Project™

Tracey Wheeler Noonan is a Shark Tank alum, bestselling author, and three-time Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year finalist who turned kitchen chaos into a multimillion-dollar business — one that was ultimately acquired. No MBA. No college degree. No handouts. Just grit, instinct, and a Dunkin’ extra-extra.

After a 27-year relationship ended abruptly, Tracey found herself reinventing her life in her early sixties. She journaled her way through heartbreak and uncertainty, and those pages became her memoir, Past, Present & Paris, now in development as a streaming television series.

That reinvention sparked The Reinvention Project™ a global community for women navigating change, craving connection, and ready to build what’s next.

Through the guidance of mentors, each specializing in a field of health, wellness, finance, boundary building and more, our posse of women find the health, confidence and the strength required to begin again.

Tracey’s specialty is helping women take the business ideas they’ve carried quietly for years and turn them into real, profitable companies — without fluff, fear, or permission.

A dyed-in-the-wool Bostonian, Tracey believes the best chapters aren’t neat, polished, or planned. They’re built — often right in the middle of the mess.

The Level Up Program™

A Tiered Mentorship & Transformation Pathway for Women 50+

The Level Up Program™ is where reinvention becomes a way of life.

This is not a one-time experience or a short-term reset. It’s a living, evolving mentorship journey designed to support you long after your first retreat, event, or breakthrough moment with The Reinvention Project™. Because real change doesn’t happen all at once—it unfolds as you grow, test yourself, and step into what’s next.

You’ll move through intentional “levels” that blend self-guided challenges, live coaching, meaningful community, and clear accountability. Each level builds on the last, giving you new tools, deeper confidence, and opportunities to lead—at your own pace, but never alone.

As you rise, you don’t just transform—you become part of something bigger. Members who complete the pathway step into mentorship roles, guiding women who are just beginning their journey. The result is a powerful, circular ecosystem of growth, leadership, and connection—women lifting each other as they level up.

The Level Up Program™ is for women who know they’re not done—and are ready to become who they were always meant to be.

In Development...

Past Present & Paris

Written in the aftermath of a painful breakup, Tracey’s memoir, Past, Present & Paris, tells the raw, funny, and deeply moving story of her 60-year-old coming-of-age.it follows her two-month solo journey to Paris, where she was forced to publicly reinvent herself—and finally live the life she had always dreamed of.

The memoir is now in development as a television series, further proof that sometimes our greatest heartbreaks lead to our greatest breakthroughs.

"I often think about how lucky I was, to be in the place I love most in this world and to do all of my grieving privately, in public... and furthermore, to be able to end the memoir in the most perfect fashion...happy, fulfilled and ready to take life by the balls and charge on. After all, what they say is true. The best IS yet to come."
